The young lady was very friendly and helpful, bought two pieces of cake to go and an espresso. Unfortunately, the espresso is absolutely not recommended. The black plumb was zero crema and taste. Too bad with the coffee machine one would have expected more. When asked why there was no crema, the answer was "If I want milk foam, it costs extra". 3 stars for this sentence and the kindness
